  ILoveKickboxing has been an amazing experience thus far! I’ve only been to two classes and I am hooked. The classes are high energy and full of sweat. I used to do a lot of running and these classes are nothing compared to running! The staff has been nothing but amazing. I never felt neglected during my workouts and they took time out of the workout to break down each segment for me and worked with me one on one so I was never lost and confused. The staff really is there to motivate you and wants you to get the best workout possible!
